The first bands to be announced are KATAKLYSM, TORTHARRY and GUTALAX
Before you read about the first bands, we’d like to thank YOU for the tremendous support and understanding you showed following the premature end to last year’s festival, which was unfortunately cut short by a combination of three local storms. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries, so we all will meet up again at Broďák. THANK YOU to all of you.

Our first announcement goes straight to one of the headliners. Their relentlessness, strong work ethic and musical vision have made them a legend in their genre, having conquered every continent over a career spanning more than thirty years. The Canadian melodic death metal syndicate KATAKLYSM will return with renewed vigour from the ‘shadows and dust’ of humanity’s crumbling existence with their fifteenth album, ‘Goliath’, which, with its massive sound, continues to modernise their sound whilst adding a fresh burst of furious energy.
Unconquered, undaunted. Strong as Goliath, KATAKLYSM!
The next announcement will come as no surprise: Dan, Martin, Jirka. And Goro. You’ve been seeing TORTHARRY’s scythe-logo on the scene for over 35 years now, and it would be a surprise if this homegrown death metal bulldozer from Červený Kostelec didn’t make a rumbling entrance.
Their poop continues to grow and gain strength, and you won’t even need to pack your bags and travel all the way to Hellfest or Wacken, because all you’ll need to do is let loose with a roll of toilet paper right here at Broďák. We’re delighted to announce, after two years, the return of the gore-dancers GUTALAX. Recommended outfit? Up to you!
